MJ Services company is expanding its team.
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic indoor sales & customer service with the below requirements:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads on ERP system, and coordinate with accounting department to prepare receipt in order to be visual on the operation schedule.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, providr appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Prepare on daily basis pest control, and housekeeping schedules and share with pest control team leader or cleaning supervisor
