Maintain professional communication with customers, office personnel, and coordinators to clarify job requirements, secure approvals, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
Optimize travel and accommodation costs, coordinate timely procurement of parts, and ensure efficient workflow by promptly updating job statuses
Ensure accurate and timely completion of worksheets, timesheets, and reports, adhering to deadlines and aligning with company strategies and progress updates
Uphold Company's health and safety policies, addressing site-specific safety issues and reporting potential hazards promptly
Identify and communicate potential new business opportunities in services or sales through appropriate channels

Requirements
General Requirements:
At least 10 years of proven expertise in servicing, maintaining, installing, and commissioning rotary and/or centrifugal air compressors
Excellent fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Proficiency in the Arabic language is highly desirable
Must hold a valid driving license and demonstrate substantial competency in MS Office applications
Must be prepared and able to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia and beyond as operational needs arise

Knowledge of Air Compressors and Related Equipment
Understanding different types of compressors: Rotary screw, centrifugal, reciprocating, and scroll compressors
Component knowledge: Compressors, air dryers, filters, piping systems, and accessories
System design and operation: Knowledge of compressed air systems, flow dynamics, pressure controls, and energy efficiency
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in compressors
Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance techniques
Familiarity with oil-lubricated and oil-free compressor technologies
Knowledge of system calibration, pressure adjustments, and flow optimization
Electrical systems: Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, knowledge of motor controls, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
Mechanical systems: Expertise in bearings, seals, valves, and rotors, including their maintenance and repair
Experience with diagnostic tools for monitoring and analyzing compressor performance
Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities
Familiarity with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for monitoring compressor systems
Knowledge of industry standards, such as ISO 8573 (Air Quality) and ISO 1217 (Performance Testing)
Compliance with safety standards and certifications like OSHA or equivalent in the region
Understanding of environmental regulations related to compressed air systems
Identifying energy-saving opportunities within compressed air systems
Implementing and recommending solutions for reducing operating costs
Planning and overseeing service schedules, installations, and system upgrades
