Job Title:ENGINEER - POWDER COATING
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Experience: 10 Years + of Experience in operations management of Powder coating line
Salary: 4000- 7000 SAR
Job Responsibilities:
- Created production schedules, work instructions & operating procedures for departments
- Used lean techniques to re-engineered facility layout activities, improving process flows, cycle times and created a reduction in WIP
- Developed and implemented quality control standards
- Prepare MIS data(Dispatch Adherence,Plan vs Actual etc)
- Implement safety policies and procedures for the department
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Ten years + of Experience in operations management of Powder coating line
- Preference for experience in Power and Free Conveyor line
- Preference for experience in the fencing industry
- Safety Management and Risk Management experience with an Powder coating Equipments (Ovens,Electrostatic Gun)
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
