Analyze and improve manufacturing process and equipment Quality, Cycle time, Work in a collaborative manner with Quality Engineers , Maintenance engineers, Production leaders in solving problems as reported during the Daily Routine Management Meeting Level 2 (DRM2)Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, scrap reduction, costs and changeovers.
Develop with the maintenance department and with Equipment suppliers relevant Preventive Maintenance Plan by equipment.
Develop, implement & maintain innovative solutionsImprove process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
Develop and sustain prototype / pre-production parts until the production phase in collaboration with the engineering and launch management department.
Work within Environmental and Health & Safety requirements procedures.
Work within the Quality Management System requirements and procedures including Certification Customer requirements.
