Job Requirements:
A bachelor's in Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related.
+7 years of experience in ICT Computing Infrastructure & HCI solutions presales field.
Able to travel abroad to gulf and north Africa countries.
Effective and top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of comfort connecting with and speaking to new people.
Determined and results-oriented.
Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
Fluent in both English and Arabic.
Job Objectives:
Support Sales Representatives in conducting customer-facing meetings and presentations.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, gather requirements, and develop proposals.
Design and build HCI and Virtualization Solution utilizing all or some of the below vendors/solutions:
oNutanix
oVMware vSphere, VMware Horizon, VMware vRealize Operations, VMware vSAN
oDell
oVeeam
oCommvault technologies.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Keep up to date of emerging technologies and recommend their integration into existing systems.
Maintain relevant certifications to the role.
Deliver technical presentations, Scope of Work documents, and Bill of Material assessments for clients.
Contribute to the creation of comprehensive sales plans and proposals for designated opportunities.
Analyze sales team needs and develop supportive documentation or tools to enhance their effectiveness.
Actively seek additional business opportunities within client organizations.
Work closely with sales to progress and cover these opportunities effectively.
Monitor technical support for proposed solutions during the sales process and alert relevant teams to potential risks.
Ensure technical alignment with customer requirements and success criteria.
Assist sales in qualifying and managing opportunities throughout the technical sales cycle
Responding to day-to-day RFPs, by doing initial assessment to choose products and/or solutions against competition, then preparing the technical and financial cost offer through the architect team.
Effectively interact with the technical engineering and support teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues.
Contacting & managing suppliers for validation of technical solutions and pricing request.
Keeping track of new technology updates and new solutions, by attending appropriate training and/or self-training through literature.
Validating technical solution and products for proposed projects.
Preparing & lead technical team to conduct Life Demos for Customer on new Technologies.
