Key responsibilities:·
Market Research: Collecting data on competitors, marketplace, industry trends, customer preferences and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.

Competition Analysis: Provide competitive analysis on various competitors market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
·
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industrial developments, best practices, and evolving methodologies in market research and data analysis to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of Market research.
·
Collecting details: Enquiring details on new project launches by either liaising with the brokers / developers or real estate agencies to get first-hand information which is further utilised for market scanning.

Training: To conduct various sessions across different teams to keep the stakeholders up to date with market trends

Keeping track of New Launches: Develop and maintain databases of real estate information involving new launches across different developers and gathering brochures/other details which shall be kept up to date.
·
Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Bachelors degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel & Power Point.
· Experience in database management such as Reidin and other real estate platforms.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and Problem-Solving skills.
· Knowledge of real estate markets and trends.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate research or analysis.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· A valid Driving License for commute (if required).
