Key Responsibilities:
- Supports Information Technology planning & delivery and reporting activities for all technology services and streams
- Supports Information Technology project management activities for all technology services and streams.
- Supports Information Technology operations and activities for all technology services and streams.
- Supports the delivery, Implementation, configuration, maintenance, and support of all IT services and ensure compatibility with IT policies and standards.
- Follows-up on the raised tickets until closure and manage related activities such as functional notifications, escalations, and reporting in a timely manner to resolve incident on time and ensure employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Skills:
- Basic proficiency in project management.
- Basic proficiency in reporting & analysis.
- Basic knowledge of relevant technology.
- Basic proficiency in programing skills.
- Basic proficiency in business and system analysis.
