Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Engineer at LIFE Pharmacy in Dubai. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, network security, and networking tasks. You will work on ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems, providing support to users, and maintaining network security.

• Troubleshooting, Information Technology, and Technical Support skills
• Network Security and Networking skills
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems
• Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Relevant certifications in IT and networking are a plus
