We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Information Technology Manager to lead our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering innovative IT solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT operations, including system administration, network management, software development, and IT security.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Oversee the IT budget and resource allocation.
- Manage and develop a high-performing IT team.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Identify opportunities for IT process improvement and automation.
- Provide technical leadership and support to all departments within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.
Qualifications:

- Strong technical expertise in network administration, system administration, and cybersecurity.
