Our client is a government-unified digital platform owned and managed by the Government of Sharjah looking to hire an IT Project Manager to work on a 12 months extendable contract.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any relevant education.
- A master's degree in project management can be advantageous for senior roles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL is an advantage.
- 15 years of experience in IT project management roles preferably in the government sector.
- Hands-on experience in end to end project implmentation.
- Strong knowledge of IT networks, servers, databases, and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Waterfall)..
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budget planning, cost management, and financial tracking.
- Strong English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
