Job Description & Responsibilities: Develop and update project management guidelines and governance for digitization and technology projects.Coordinate with the Project Management Office to communicate tools, forms, and support training.Prioritize projects based on set criteria and project scope assessments.Assist in vendor selection and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with requirements.Plan project activities, including sequencing, budgeting, timelines, and communication schedules.Conduct project risk assessments and develop effective mitigation plans.Create detailed schedules, project charters, and roadmaps; solicit stakeholder feedback.Monitor project execution, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues.Maintain relationships with consultants/vendors to optimize cost-effective service delivery.Generate accurate progress reports, track financial aspects, and evaluate project performance metrics..Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Project Management, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.PMP or Prince2 certification is a must.An in-depth comprehension of the complete Project Management lifecycle, encompassing Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closure stages.Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects within larger programs, showcasing adeptness in resource allocation and prioritization.Demonstrated skill in client stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication, understanding of requirements, and overall client satisfaction.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.A collaborative team player, capable of working seamlessly within cross-functional teams to achieve shared project objectives.Adaptive to shifting project requirements and timelines, adept at maintaining quality standards while meeting project deadlines.Proficiency in a range of software tools including MS Office suite, Visio, MS Project, Power BI, EPM systems, and ERP platforms.Strong command of English language skills, alongside native fluency in Arabic, facilitating effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
