Job Summary:
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. You will manage project resources, communicate with stakeholders, and mitigate risks to achieve project goals efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the work of a team to achieve all project goals within the given constraints.
- Review with a technical team needed MP and logistics.
- Review the contract to study the scope, acceptance criteria, Invoicing requirements.
- Kick-off meeting with the project sponsor, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop a Project management Plan Document (PMP).
- Develop a detailed project schedule on MS Project.
- Follow up with the vendor tasks Progress.
- Follow the within-house team on the project's progress.
- Report to the steering committee with project progress, Milestone achievement, Risk update, and Budget update.
- Weekly meeting with the project team to ensure that all teams have all needed updates.
- Ensure that all stakeholders sign-up to the project pipelines and deliver to the agreed plan, adhering to standard processes for order book management, project recording, tracking and reporting.
- Participate in building business case and RPF (Request for Proposal Process) cycle.
- Coordinate with the PMO to report status and issue escalation & resolution for all order book items and operational matters for the significant part of a Business line.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in managing security and infrastructure related projects in major plus.
- Demonstrate servant leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in both strongly regulated and non-regulated environments.
- Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills.
- Effective Problem solving techniques.
- Possess sound judgmental skills to effectively identify and resolve problems. Demonstrate the ability to apply common sense in appropriate contexts and remain composed and focused under pressure.
- Technical Background: have a good experience about bank's systems/applications like Core banking system Flexcube, CRM, Card management system, SharePoint, Oracle HR, Procurement to pay and UiPath RPA.
- Ability to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.
- Ability to work with little to moderate supervision, the ability to take quick decisions and escalate as and when needed.
- Business background related to services banking areas (Finance bank's operation compliance risk - Capital Market)
- PMP or similar certificate (ex. PRINCE II) is a plus.
