Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing job postings and publishing them on appropriate platforms.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, interviews, and assessments for technical roles.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet company staffing needs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand position requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in IT, software development, and web hosting (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in understanding technical terms and job roles.
- Excellent communication and interview skills.
- Self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced level of English
