Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing job postings and publishing them on appropriate platforms.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, interviews, and assessments for technical roles.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet company staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand position requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong technical knowledge and skills in IT, software development, and web hosting (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in understanding technical terms and job roles.
• Excellent communication and interview skills.
• Self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced level of English
