We are looking for an IT Support for the construction and operation and maintenance of IT scenarios such as desktop, network, printing, and conferences in the Honor office in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region through remote IM software or on-site business trips.
The main job responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- According to the standard system tools and solutions provided by Honor, perform system installation, new computer configuration, data migration, low-format, computer fault diagnosis and processing.
- Cooperate with HQ to support network construction and operation in MEA, such as switch jumper cables management, network equipment debugging, office equipment IP configuration, and network problem location and processing, etc.
- Cooperate with HQ to support MEA conference scenarios, such as installation and debugging of conference equipment software and hardware, and handle basic faults such as audio and video, whiteboard writing, network, and firmware upgrades.
- Responsible for handling anomalies in printing scenarios in MEA, including IP configuration, drivers, scanning, consumables, etc.
- Responsible for other IT matters in MEA. Accept frequent business trips in MEA.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors in Information technology
- More than 3 years of experience in desktop & network operations and IT services.
Professional Requirement:
- Be familiar with the working principles, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows, MacOS, Office or above operating systems and office software and hardware.
- Be familiar with the basic knowledge and principles of computer networks, such as basic network protocols and basic configuration operations and troubleshooting of network client.
- Be familiar with the configuration and maintenance of mainstream brand printers (such as Ricoh, Fuji, HP, Kyocera, etc.), such as IP configuration, consumable replacement, driver installation, print and scan function settings, etc.
- Be familiar with conference hardware maintenance, including maintenance and debugging of hardware terminals, software terminals, cameras, and microphones.
Skills and Competencies:
- Computer-related major, with strong service awareness and communication skills, strong ability to write IT case and knowledge, independent or remote support for IT operations, or work experience in supporting IT service outsourcing projects.
