Technical Developer Security Lead

Location: Riyadh, KSA (Full-Time)

Technology Stack: PHP, Security Protocols, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Role Overview:

The Technical Developer Security Lead will focus on securing the supplier portal, implementing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. This role requires expertise in PHP security, Oracle Cloud best practices, and system hardening to protect sensitive supplier and business data.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the security architecture and design for the supplier portal hosted on Oracle Cloud.

Implement security protocols, including encryption, access control, and secure API integrations.

Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and regular security audits.

Ensure the platform complies with local and international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Saudi data laws).

Collaborate with developers to ensure security best practices are integrated into the development process from the start.

Respond to security incidents and provide remediation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in web application security, particularly in PHP-based environments.

Expertise in security protocols, encryption techniques, and cloud security (preferably Oracle Cloud).

Knowledge of Saudi and international data protection regulations.

Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
