The IT Officer is responsible for providing IT system support to Maan Al-Jasser end-users; administering IT system supports tasks that include installation of new software and hardware, setting up user accounts, system security, troubleshooting, upgrades, backups and maintenance, etc.
IT Administration & System Support
- Spearhead IT system support to Maan Al-Jasser end-users to ensure continuity of seamless business functionality.
- Administer installation of new software that includes Windows, applications, upgrades, etc.
- Administer installation of new hardware that include servers, printers, workstations, etc.
- Administer security of all systems especially internet connection, antivirus protection installations, etc.
- Actively participate in key process improvements related to the IT systems and services.
- Serve as a focal person in all IT system support administration and provide swift and professional response and support to end-user escalations and queries.
- Collaborate with Network Administrator to fix all network faults and assist in all maintenance-related issues.
