We are looking for an Infrastructure and Security Lead!
As the Infrastructure and Security Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the company's Infrastructure and Security strategy. You will closely collaborate with the DevOps, network, and development teams to integrate best practices and ensure a robust and resilient environment against threats.
Your main responsibilities :
Management :
- Define and drive the strategy:Design a roadmap for the Infrastructure and Security department that aligns with Equadis's strategic vision and requirements, ensuring compliance.
- Participate in the design of the Infra/Cloud budget and ensure adherence to it.
- Validate the selection of service providers and manage their relationships (managed service providers, consultants, etc.).
- Team leadership and development: Manage the Infrastructure and Security team, consisting of a DevOps engineer, a Security Engineer, and a Technical Helpdesk, oversee projects, prioritize tasks, and support each team member's growth.
Cloud Infrastructure :
- Structure internal information systems.
- Design and analyze the company's system and network architecture and cloud hosting based on needs and objectives.
- Configure, manage, and actively contribute to the development of new infrastructure components within the cloud environment, including containers and native cloud services.
- Optimize cloud performance to ensure maximum availability and reliability.
- Oversee deployment, storage, and data management on both internal and external platforms.
- Monitor and maintain the infrastructure to ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of systems.
- Write internal documentation and stay updated on technological advancements in infrastructure.
Security: In collaboration with the Security Engineer, you will:
- Design and strengthen the overall IT security policy and validate the advanced cybersecurity solutions in place to ensure the resilience of the infrastructure against emerging threats.
- Work towards achieving and maintaining the company's compliance with the ISO 27001 standard.
- Identify and assess major security risks faced by the company.
- Take the lead in implementing, documenting, and simulating a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) to ensure operational continuity in the event of a disaster.
Profile:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical roles within IT infrastructure, cloud environments and cybersecurity, including managerial responsibilities.
- Cloud expert with a broad skill set, including infrastructure security.
- Proficiency in English and good command of French is appreciated.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP); holding the Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google is a plus.
- Extensive expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD Pipelines, Linux, and Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of security aspects such as Firewall (Fortinet), Networking (VPC), and Access Rights (IAM).
- Ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure Cloud architectures.
- Capacity to automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
