Job Description:
This position will be responsible for Infrastructure governance and control from understanding the technology and participate or set the required monitoring and access levels with periodical review to make sure that all internal regulation complied. Managing and design the change management for Infrastructure to make sure all done activities match the Activity Matrix. The candidate should have good communication skills, and technical skills in Infrastructure components.
Accountabilities and Key Roles:
- Create and manage the Change Mgmt. for Infrastructure teams by setting the roles and create the proper flow to cover all internal regulations, assurance, and security requirements.
- Create and enhance the Power User monitoring in order to link it to change management, be setting the proper access levels for the user with needed permissions, also do a regular review for the current process.
- Assist in managing the end of life for all infrastructure components by tracking the current progress and set monthly targets with related teams, also generate the required reports.
- Assist in creating, tracking, and managing the Infrastructure Projects with all related parties.
- Create and follow up on Infrastructure Summary Yearly exercise to make sure that exercise created, reviewed, and planned actions completed as required.
- Assist in Pre-Audit for all Infrastructure teams to identify the repeated patterns to find or design a proper process or procedure to close it, also participate in the current audit findings closure.
- Ensure that all Infrastructure related yearly activities planned and executed as required and on time like (outsource mgmt., Professional service reports and action plan tracking, failover testing, preventive maintenance, Policies review and renewal, etc. with proper documented evidences).
- Review, Enhance, and track progress for monitoring Infrastructure components by adding proper items to the current monitoring tool, and make sure that all components covered in all sites.
Experience:
- (1-2) years of experience in a related field.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
Competencies:
- Good Understanding of Infrastructure components (Network, DB, OS, Virtualization, Storage or any infrastructure technology).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, Good technical and non-technical Communication skills.
- Presentation, Reporting, and technical writing skills.
