Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure stake holder Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects and proven expertise in stakeholder engagement. This role requires the ability to manage and deliver complex infrastructure projects while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, water supply systems, and waste management facilities.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and construction and safety standards.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) and other engineering software to prepare project designs and detailed drawings.
Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects and establish construction specifications.
Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project personnel to ensure project progress and adherence to timelines and budget.
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and alignment with broader project goals.
Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including public consultations, community meetings, and collaboration with government agencies and private sector partners.
Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and project updates to stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
5-10 years of experience in civil infrastructure engineering, with a proven track record in managing and delivering successful projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and project management.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, including community members, government officials, and private sector partners.
Experience in conducting public consultations and community meetings.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
