Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track and update continuously the market offers, ensuring the company remains competitive and informed of industry trends
- Analyze market trends and changes to identify opportunities and threats, providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Manage relationships and communications with external partners and third parties, ensuring clear and effective collaboration.
- Create and launch new financial instruments, offers, and marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Develop and implement procedures and marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes, ensuring that all offers and procedures are compliant with the latest regulations.
- Update agreements regularly, offers, and profitability analyses to reflect current market conditions and company objectives.
- Work closely with management to develop and refine new procedures and policies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Draft clear and comprehensive terms and conditions for new campaigns and offers, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, MT4/MT5 Admin and Customer Service teams to stay updated on corporate events, margin changes, and new instruments, determining their impact on client accounts.
- Address customer service inquiries and resolve client complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation and analysis of new software campaigns, optimizing them based on data-driven insights.
- Prepare and update new offers, ensuring they are compelling and align with business goals.
- Work closely with Legal and Customer Service teams on legal documents, terms, and conditions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and disseminate risk management announcements related to new instruments, margin changes, and other critical updates.
- Coordinate with LPS, Country Managers, and Campaign Systems to implement new features
- Any other duties relevant to the role.
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics/ Finance or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Computer Literate (MS Office is a must)
- Leadership and Communication Skills
- Ability to work shifts (A and B shift)
