Job Description
Render safe and effective pharmaceutical service to all Patients.
Monitor, control assigned pharmaceutical stocked items in the pharmacy and review pharmacy records, pharmacy stock-level inventories.
Recognize apparent chemical and/or physical changes to drug preparations during storage.
Advise the supervisor on drug usage fluctuations especially drugs on the critical list.
Advise physicians of any abnormality in the prescription and/or if the medication prescribed is not available in stock.
Dispense medicine and medical supplies according to physicians prescriptions or inpatient medication sheet.
Receive and control receipts and issuances as applicable and designed by Chief Pharmacist.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
BSc. Degree in Pharmacy.
Good Communication Skills.
1 Years in reputable hospital as ( Inpatient Pharmacist is a must )
Current Registration with the Health Profession Council.
Working knowledge of healthcare quality, utilization review and related risk management processes application to various pharmacy committees and department/service activities. Responsible for own professional growth beyond minimum preparation.
