Inside Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our SDRs and BDRs, ensuring they excel in their roles and hit performance targets.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on
Inside Sales Lead to manage and empower our SDR/BDR team. You will oversee their daily performance, analyze calls and outreach efforts, optimize tools and processes, and coach the team to consistently book 1-2 qualified meetings per day. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales leadership and ready to take ownership of our outbound success.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of SDRs/BDRs, providing daily guidance, support, and motivation
- Conduct regular 1:1s to address challenges and provide coaching for improvement
- Ensure individual and team KPIs are met, focusing on daily booked meetings
- Performance Optimization
- Listen to call recordings and provide actionable feedback
- Review email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting strategies to ensure top-notch execution
- Continuously refine playbooks and outreach cadences
- Tools and Data Management
- Oversee the use of sales tools like HubSpot, dialers, and LinkedIn automation
- Analyze data and metrics to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency
- Process Development
- Develop and maintain scalable processes for prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting booking
- Monitor and report on team performance, providing insights to the CEO
- Work closely with marketing to align messaging and optimize lead generation efforts
- Coaching and Training
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance team skills in cold calling, email writing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop SDRs/BDRs into sales rockstars, setting clear paths for career growth
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure all outreach efforts maintain the highest level of professionalism and align with the Pipeline Gurus brand
- Act as the first point of escalation for team challenges and questions
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in sales or sales management, ideally managing SDR/BDR teams
- Skills: Strong expertise in outbound sales, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach
- Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn automation, and sales dialers
- Mindset: A data-driven, solutions-oriented approach with a passion for coaching and team success
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Languages: Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus
