About the Role
The core objective of this role is to support the Inside Sales Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division they represent by contacting customers through a remote multi-channel approach. As part of the GEM team, you will focus on the KSA region and will on occasion provide support to other locations.
This permanent position is based from our office in Riyadh, and offers hybrid working (three days in the office, two days remote per week).
Your responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility of a defined territory with an assigned pool of Boston Scientific customers, including existing and potential accounts. Deliver remote channel contacts with the focus on identifiying business opportunities and to enhance sales results.
Proactively contacting the assigned customers on a regular basis, mainly by phone, to promote selected products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.
Develop as a professional Inside Sales Representative by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals.
Use the sales process, available systems and tools to plan, prepare and drive engagement with the customers, get commitment to buy, negotiate and close successful deals.
When appropriate and requested, collaborate remotely with field territory managers, to support the management of existing or potential customers.
Provide advice and support to assigned customers as well as new customers via remote communication tools, mainly phone and email. Occasionally also via web session or video communication.
Establish remote sustainable and business impactful relationships with stakeholders (e.g. KOL, physicians, head nurses, economic buyers) being part of the decision-making process of medical device procurements.
Manage and maintain contact and customer information in the CRM tool Salesforce.com by updating and capturing strategic information such as roles and responsibilities, number and type of procedures and customer preferences.
Complete centralized administration tasks relating to all assigned customers (tender, pricing approval, etc.) in collaboration with customer services to provide seamless customer experience.
Manage customer complaints and provide the best support to solve problems following the processes and procedures of the company.
Responsible for shipment to customers of samples, marketing material and any other information required.
Upon request, participate in internal team projects, sales meetings, training programs and conventions.
Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity and respect BSC mission, strategy and structure.
Understand and comply with policies, quality standards and processes.
What are we looking for in you:
Successfully completed studies within a relevant Life Science or similar subject area is beneficial.
Professional industry experience in a similar clinical sales role (Inside Sales or Field Sales). Alternatively, experience working within the clinical sector as Nurse, Technician, or similar.
Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical information.
Excellent IT skills including the Microsoft Office suite. Expertise with Salesforce and SAP are beneficial.
Self-motivated and can influence others.
Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
Professional working proficiency language skills in both Arabic and English.
