The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inside sales team and the order execution team, ensuring the effective management of RFQs, quotations, and orders. This role involves developing strategies to support the sales team, ensuring compliance with procedures, and optimizing internal processes to drive business growth in the OCTG market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and support the overall sales strategy.
- Oversee the RFQ reception, ensuring all necessary information is accurately collected and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Commercial Team to clarify offering mill names, customer specifications, tender timelines, payment terms, legal terms, competition information, and offer strategies.
- Ensure all RFQs are shared with stakeholders for input and necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with technology, technical sales, mill planning, finance, supply chain/logistics, and legal teams to ensure comprehensive offer analysis.
- Consolidate information from stakeholders and prepare detailed offers in collaboration with the Commercial Team.
- Manage the offer clarification phase and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Oversee the order reception process, ensuring all deviations are highlighted and addressed.
- Ensure order acknowledgment and accurate communication of any deviations.
- Overlook the order execution team to ensure compliance with contracts, on-time delivery, and fulfillment of agreements between the company and customers.
- Deliver outstanding presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate sound financial awareness.
- Ensure thorough organization and reliable follow-up on all RFQ and Order activities.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, ideally related to mechanical, manufacturing, industrialization, petroleum or metallurgy or related Field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a management position in the field of OCTG and/or Oil and Gas.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the OCTG market and industry trends.
