To conduct visual, function and load test of lifts and escalators.- Received job instructions from the Quality Department and assist him to develop working program.
Identify the job and discuss the methods with the Technical Manager.
- Contact the Customers Representative to plan and organize the inspection timing and clears any arising points.
Look after the availability of tools and material for safe and efficient execution of the job.- Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict
adherence to safety regulations and technical standards (BSEN, ISO, ASTM)
- Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results.
Compile and maintain the inspection certificates/report, proper filled work checklists, time sheet, test photos, and location map.- Report to the Admin Manager and Technical Manager on the work done as well as on any problem met during the inspection/test.
Ensure and maintain confidentiality and impartiality for overall inspection activities.
