The Specialist Instructional Design plays a key role in the development of high-quality educational content that enhances learning experiences for our target audience. This role involves creating, organizing, and delivering engaging instructional materials and resources.
REQUIRED QUALIFICAITONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree.
International HR Certificate (CHRM, ECHRBS, SPHRi) is preferred.
MBA or other Master's Degree is preferred.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational courses, reviewing scholarly publications, establishing professional networks.
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Min 2 years professional experience, preferably in either of the following areas: Consulting, Change Management, L&D or related field.
Proficient knowledge of Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel).
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
1.Instructional Material Development:
Design and develop instructional content in Arabic for Etimad Projects and Tenders, including e-learning modules, courses, videos, presentations, assessments, and other learning materials.
Create content that aligns with learning objectives, ensuring clarity, interactivity, and engagement.
2.Needs Analysis:
Conduct needs assessments to identify learning goals, target audience characteristics, and performance gaps.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define project requirements.
3.Curriculum and Content Planning:
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to plan and structure course content and materials.
Develop course outlines, storyboards, and content maps.
4.Interactive Learning Design:
Create interactive exercises, simulations, and assessments that promote active learning and knowledge retention.
Integrate gamification and interactive elements into learning experiences.
5.Quality Assurance:
Review and test content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with learning objectives.
Conduct user acceptance testing to identify and resolve issues.
6.Learning Management System (LMS) Integration:
Ensure content compatibility and seamless integration with the organization's LMS or other learning platforms.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to content delivery.
7.Accessibility and Inclusivity:
Implement best practices for accessibility and inclusivity to make content usable by all learners, including those with disabilities.
8.Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning content.
Analyze feedback and assessment results to make continuous improvements.
9.Documentation:
Create and maintain documentation for instructional design and content development processes.
Keep detailed records of content revisions and versions.
