Job Summary:
The Instrument Technician is responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, and repairing various instruments and control systems within all of Saudi Tabreed's plants under the guidance of the Instrument & Control Supervisor. The Technician ensures the accuracy and reliability of instruments used for measurement and control purposes.
Core Responsibilities:
Operational
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments and control systems across Saudi Tabreed.
- Troubleshoot instrument malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure instrument accuracy.
- Repair or replace faulty instruments or components.
- Interpret instrument diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments for system integration.
Compliance
- Comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of instrument calibration and maintenance.
Support
- Provide technical support and guidance to other technicians and team members.
Research
- Stay updated with the latest technology and industry trends in instrumentation.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Academic/Professional Qualifications:
- Diploma in Instrument & Control .
Skills:
- Excellent technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using instrument calibration and diagnostic tools.
- Attention to detail and precision in instrument calibration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Experience :
- Total of 3-5 years of experience in the Relevant Industry, out of which 2-3 years at an Assistant Technician level
