Job Title Instrument Sales Support

Key Responsibilities
Sales support and coordination
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments
Order Processing Manage the end-to-end order process, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
Received all the approved quotes from all the subsidiaries(Sales team)
Coordinate with suppliers(OSME) - Create PO to OSME, Tracking the shipment,
Coordinate with logistics (OSME) to ensure timely delivery of instruments
Coordinate with the Technical team to ensure timely installation of instruments
Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery, Installation and training of the instruments.
Invoicing
After-sales Customer Support
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer complaints and issues, address customer concerns and resolve problems promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate and arrange all technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
Open a ticket immediately and Coordinate with the Technical team to call the customer back to understand the situation better. Problem solve, close the ticket
Coordinate and schedule a technical visit to the customer, Problem solve, close the ticket and issue an invoice (Visit charge)
Coordinate with the technical team and prepare quotes for repair,
Follow up for customer approval, then coordinate to schedule a technical visit, ensure the problem is solved, and issue the final invoice.
Record and manage all preventive maintenance for all under-warranty machines in the market.
Inventory Management
Monitor Spare part and consumable inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately maintained and replenished as necessary.
Coordinate with the procurement team to manage inventory orders and deliveries
Documentation and Reporting
Manage and update the sales pipeline and customer information
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Assist in forecasting demand and planning inventory needs based on sales trends and customer orders.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Should have a Bachelor's degree
Recent 2-5 years of work experience in UAE with the same role.
