We are a multi-specialty clinic located in the heart of Dubailand with various services in General & Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Gynecology, Psychiatry, Aesthetics and Wellness.

Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Dubai for an Insurance Coordinator. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for verifying patient information and insurance network eligibility, handling insurance claims from applying for and managing approvals, claims submissions, denial management, to coordinating with insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims with end to end RCM for the facility.
The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in insurance coordination for an outpatient Polyclinic
  • Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and documentation as per DHA standards
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and data entry
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding
