Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Manager to join our esteemed team at Andalusia Health. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our insurance operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and insurance regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of medical insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of insurance professionals to achieve operational targets and deliver exceptional service to our patients and clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers, ensuring optimal insurance solutions for our patients.

Ensure all insurance operations comply with healthcare and insurance industry regulations and company policies.

Create and implement effective insurance strategies to optimize coverage and cost management.

Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.

Organize training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the insurance team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Medicine is a must. Additional qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related field are a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of medical insurance products and services.

Proven ability to develop and implement successful insurance strategies.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
