Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Supervisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as supervising a team of insurance sales agents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, analyzing sales data and trends, providing training and support to agents, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
