Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist with a strong background in TIBCO software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using TIBCO products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow and communication between various enterprise systems and applications, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO products, including TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO ActiveMatrix, and TIBCO Cloud Integration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.
- Develop and maintain integration workflows, services, and processes to ensure reliable and efficient data exchange across systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and debugging of integration solutions to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of TIBCO-based integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to gather requirements and deliver integration projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members on TIBCO products and integration best practices.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and system interfaces.
- Ensure integration solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest TIBCO products, features, and industry trends to continuously improve integration solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with TIBCO integration products.
- Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO ActiveMatrix, and TIBCO Cloud Integration.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) concepts, and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture).
- Experience with designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, and other related technologies.
- Familiarity with messaging protocols and middleware, such as JMS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other integration platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with API management tools and practices.
- Certification in TIBCO products or related technologies.
