JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interface Manager to join our team. As the Interface Manager, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating communication between different stakeholders involved in our Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. JASARA PMC is a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, dedicated to delivering on the promise of Vision 2030 and driving visible change within the Kingdom.
As an Interface Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and complex programs in the world, contributing to the development and improvement of social infrastructure across Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities
- Act as the focal point for all communication and coordination among stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and timely resolution of interface issues
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to identify, track, and manage interface requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to discuss interface issues, clarify requirements, and provide technical guidance
- Develop and maintain detailed interface management plans, including identification of potential risks and mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular interface assessments to identify any potential conflicts or risks and propose appropriate solutions
- Monitor and report on interface performance metrics, highlighting any areas of concern and proposing improvement initiatives
- Support project teams in the development and implementation of effective communication strategies to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in interface management within the civil engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address interface issues in a timely manner
