Position: Interior Design Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Interior Design Manager to join YM Group, a construction and interior design and fit-out company that is part of the prestigious Sendian Group in Qatar.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of interior designers and support staff.
Develop and implement design concepts that meet the clients needs and budget.- Oversee all phases of design projects including space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Review and approve design plans, materials, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
Conduct site inspections and oversee the installation of design elements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design and project management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale interior design and fit-out projects.
Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:- Experience working in the Middle East or a similar environment.
Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
