We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer who specializes in 3D design and drafting for shop drawings. As part of our dynamic team at ALDEWAN ALMALAKI INTERIORS, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative interior spaces for various projects. Your role will involve transforming conceptual ideas into detailed 3D models and producing accurate shop drawings for implementation.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces based on conceptual sketches and client requirements.
Create accurate shop drawings, including elevations, plans, and sections for construction and installation purposes.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet functional requirements and construction standards.
Provide design presentations and communicate effectively with clients to incorporate feedback and revisions.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design capabilities and efficiencies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in interior design with a focus on 3D modeling and drafting.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and rendering programs (V-Ray, Lumion, etc.).
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects, including 3D models and shop drawings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or licensure in Interior Design.
Experience in Residential, retail, commercial, or hospitality design projects.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
