We are seeking a talented and experienced female Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. You will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for architectural design, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
- Create detailed ID Package, BOQ, and 3D models using softwares, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate the site conditions, analyze environmental factors, and gather necessary data for the design process.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including visual representations, to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the construction process, addressing design-related queries and resolving any issues that arise.
- Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design intent, making necessary adjustments and revisions as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design, and integrate them into projects as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously enhance your professional skills and knowledge through ongoing education, training, and participation in relevant industry events.

- -Bachelors degree in architecture / Interior Designer from an accredited institution.
-Candidate with a minimum of 2-4 years experience and above.
-Proficiency in 3D Max, Sketchup, Coohom, Autocad software and other relevant design tools.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skillss
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
