Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with designers ,supervisors and making necessary changes- Create visual presentations by designing artwork for presentation as per the company standard.
Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts while consulting the Engineer in charge in parallel.
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring and drafting (CADD) software to convert the designs for the engineers and project manager to proceed with technical drawings.
The furniture reference list should be sent complete to the admin for (customized & online Purchases before the client approval and md shifa approval during the design phase.- Final 2d, AutoCAD, and rendered photos should be sent via email to admin automatically
Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new building projects or products.
- Apart from technical / drawing skills, you will need to show: Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair a flexible approach when working in a team.
Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time in line with deadline agreed with the Admin / Management.
Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and design principles
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
