Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including labour force, quality control and coordination with management- Provide technical expertise in electrical engineering to ensure that electrical systems, installations, and equipment meet project requirements and regulatory standards.
Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements and high attention to detail
- Manage and review designs in coordination with technical standards.
Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings- Material and manpower planning and management
Should be able to work with a high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
- Responsible for all joinery fit outs
Residential Buildings Fit Outs and Commercial and or Office Fit Outs- Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Supervise teams of Carpenters and technicians
- Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
Candidates Requirement: -
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in building maintenance.
Diploma Degree or Technical (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent).
