We are looking for a passionate and motivated Interior Sales Representative to join our team. Your main goal will be but not limited to overseeing the sales of products and services offered by the company, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met, and should have a proper knowledge of the product being offered.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist customers
- Create and Maintain Customer database
- Maintain client contact through follow ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Following up with the logistics department regarding delivery dates and routing
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Fill daily sale reports
Qualifications
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similardesign software
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent MS office skills
- Knowledge using an ERP system is a plus
- Email management
