About the Key Accounts & Business Development Service Line

In a dynamic business landscape, effective Business Development is paramount for sustained growth and success.

Here's the experience we can offer you:

• Preparing Key Account Packs - Assemble comprehensive information pack for key accounts, including client details, engagement history and strategic insights to support business development efforts.
• Cleaning Up Duplicate Data - Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our CRM system by identifying and rectifying inconsistencies in client data.
• Client Industry Mapping - Update and categorize client information withing the CRM based on industry segment, ensuring that all data is current and correctly mapped.
• CRM Cleanup Coordination - Collaboration with service line coordinators to manage the weekly CRM data cleanup process, ensuring that is updated and properly maintained.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Marketing
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Strong written and spoken English
• Detail oriented with a strong ability to meticulously manage and update data
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret and organize large dataset effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well withing a team, demonstrating reliability and proactive approach to tasks
