Job Description

Egis is currently looking for an Intern to join the talent acquisition team.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to the recruitment process such as maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS, sending mobilization requests and preparing job offer letters.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering their questions.
  • Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
