Position Title: Manager, IT Audit

Department & Function: IT, Internal Audit

Location: Riyadh City

Overall Job Purpose:

To manage the successful implementation of IT audit strategies, policies, tools, and procedures; oversee IT audit activities across Ma'aden; and lead the execution of directives from the chief audit executive.

Job Scope & Decision-Making Authority:

Scope:

• To manage, oversee and lead IT/OT Audits across Ma'aden to examine and evaluate the organization's Technology infrastructure, applications, data use and management.

Decisions:

• Work is carried out under broad guidance with considerable latitude in the choice of work methods and techniques, setting priorities and in decision-making.

The Chief Audit Executive reviews outcomes and results

Plan and manage own areas of activity within Company policy and procedures.

• Ma'aden Business Units
• Centres of Excellence
• Functional leaders
• IT Audit Employees

Externally:

• Regulatory authorities
• External audit institutions
• External auditors

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology/computer information, or any other related field.

Additional Qualifications (preferred):

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, CISSP, CISM)

Min Technical / Functional Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in IT Internal Audit (preferably in the mining/minerals / industrial industry).
• A clear understanding of IT audit methodologies and Technology Platforms.

Min Leadership / Management Experience (if applicable)

At least 6 years in a Managerial role in IT audit in a progressive organization.
