Job Description

Internal Auditor

Role Description:

  • Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Performing risk assessments and developing audit plans to address key risks within the organization.
  • Communicating audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CIA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of auditing principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
