About the Role:
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our team onsite in Riyadh. If you excel in evaluating financial and operational processes and have a keen eye for identifying risks and improving controls, this role is for you!
You Will:
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and operational processes
- Identify and document audit findings, providing clear and actionable recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports for review by senior auditors and management
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and updating the risk register
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Participate in follow-up activities to ensure that audit recommendations are implemented effectively
- Support external auditors by providing required documentation and information
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and auditing standards
- Participate in special audit projects as assigned
You Are:
- A professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experienced with 3-5 years in internal auditing
- Knowledgeable of auditing principles, internal control frameworks, and risk management practices
- Proficient in analyzing financial data and operational processes
- Skilled in report writing and documentation
- Familiar with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Possessing or pursuing certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- An effective communicator with the ability to interact with various levels of management
- Proficient in using audit software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint
