Job Purpose:
Executing internal communication strategies to foster effective communication within SALIC. Working closely with various departments to ensure the consistent and timely delivery of key messages, promote employee engagement, and contribute to a positive SALIC culture.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with SALIC goals.
- Identify and leverage appropriate communication channels to reach diverse employee groups and ensure messaging consistency across all internal communication platforms.
- Generate engaging and informative content for various internal channels, including newsletters, internet, emails, and other communication tools.
- Develop and promote internal campaigns and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and deliver key messages to employees.
- Establish mechanisms for feedback on internal communication effectiveness.
- Work closely with Communication team, Human Capital, and other departments to align internal communication efforts with broader SALIC objectives.
- Ensure all internal communication adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other duties required from the Line Manager.
Qualifications and Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or similar fields.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience.
