Job Description
Create and manage schedules for drivers, vehicles, and maintenance activities.
Monitor and manage resources, including fuel, spare parts, and personnel, to maximize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with relevant departments to forecast and plan for resource needs.
Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess fleet performance and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and present findings to management.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and schedule routine and preventive maintenance activities.
Optimize route planning to enhance overall fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Work closely with drivers, maintenance teams, and other relevant stakeholders to address operational challenges.
Implement and oversee the use of technology solutions for fleet planning and monitoring.
Provide training to staff on the use of relevant planning and tracking tools.
