Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Education Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a passion for education and sales, looking to kickstart their career in the international market. As an International Education Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our global reach by promoting and selling our educational courses to prospective students and partners around the world.

Job Description:

  • Could you identify and reach out to potential students, educational institutions, and partners in international markets
  • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and webinars, to generate leads.
  • Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to prospective students and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands in international education.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to refine and improve our offerings.
  • Assist clients with the enrollment process, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction rates.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into enrolled students.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for education and a desire to help students achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
