Job Description:
- Could you identify and reach out to potential students, educational institutions, and partners in international markets
- Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and webinars, to generate leads.
- Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to prospective students and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands in international education.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to refine and improve our offerings.
- Assist clients with the enrollment process, answering any questions and addressing concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction rates.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into enrolled students.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for education and a desire to help students achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
