Event Coordinator (Entry-Level)

MMSteelClub Dubai, the company is part of a bigger event management group actively hiring in the areas of Tech events, Fashion events and commodities events internationally.

A leading global group that expanding fast and organizes many meetings, conferences, and events not only in the metals and mining sector, but in many other sectors with footprints in the other industries including fashion events, technology events.

We're looking for passionate event enthusiast individuals who want to be actively part of the international event industry. The ideal candidate is willing to travel, is enthusiastic and a good multitasker, can be new to the country or a recent graduate who is an entry-level to the industry.

Responsibilities:

Begin with 1-2 days of training and then you will learn how to take the necessary steps to be possibly the best A-Z event planner of your capacity. From content creation, data entry, marketing, campaigning, graphic design for event materials to liaise with the other team members and learn about the daily sales calls, delegates acquisition and everything else required to possibly produce your own successful event A-Z.

Required skills and qualifications:

Preferred skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in event, hospitality management or public relations

. Already in Dubai for physical interviews

Terms and the Packages:

. No online interviews, nor remote hirings will be considered for this role.

. No online or hybrid options available.

. Traveling for events internationally is required.

. Working hours 48 hours a week / 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)

. Attractive % commissions on the sales of VIP events would be your major revenue plus base pay.

. Basic salary for the first up to 5K AED per month.

. Basic salary can be increased up to 10K AED from the beginning of the second month and onwards upon performance satisfactory.

. Willing to join immediately.
