Strategic Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial success by developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies:
- Ensuring alignment between sales and marketing teams to effectively promote products and drive sales
- Revenue Generation: Driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies, sales tactics, and market expansion.
- Strategy Implementation: Translating commercial strategies into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Developing comprehensive plans for new product launches, including pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
Executional:
- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote SPIMACO's products and support sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Manage the product life cycle, including product development, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Tailor strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation in the market.
- Cross-functional collaboration such as sales, research and development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales & marketing activities.

To qualify for the role you must have:
- Bachelor's degree with a medical background
- Minimum years of experience from 5 to 7 Years in Pharmaceutical Industries.
- GCC & North Africa experience.
- Solid experience in managing high value products like rare disease, oncology, etc..
- Proven record for People management.
- French is a plus
