Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement sales strategies to explore and develop new international markets and achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels including trade shows, online platforms, referrals, and partnerships and following up on those leads to turn them into closed deals.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders worldwide.
Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast sales projections and develop sales targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams in the group to ensure seamless execution of international sales initiatives and projects.
Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of all sales-related communications.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or international business are a plus.
Experience: Proven track record of success in international sales roles, preferably in events and exhibitions industries.
International Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of international markets, cultural differences, and business practices. Previous experience working with diverse cultures and regions is highly desirable.
Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals, overcome objections, and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication (Arabic & English) skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
